Wicknetic Bliss Candle Co. is not accepting returns at this time. However, we will strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We want to provide you with the best experience possible.
If you received the wrong item or item was damaged in transit, please email a photo to us within 48 hours of delivering. Include order number and tracking number in your email to us. To exchange a broken item or wrong item, the original must be returned to us unused and in original packaging. Be advised that any new shipping labels will be purchased by you, the customer.

If you are unsure of the scent you would like to purchase, please look into our smaller size containers first before purchasing a large container. Exchanges will only be processed for broken or incorrect items.
Wicknetic Bliss Candle Co. is not accepting returns/exchanges on local delivery orders. Local deliveries are in safe hands from packing to delivery and ensure the safety of the contents. Any damages that take place after drop-off will be the responsibility of the customer. We notify customer via email/text/photo and doorbell or knocking. We advise getting package off doorstep as soon as notification is received. Please make sure all contact information is correct on order form so you receive notifications.
